Return Policy: At OSC Health and Fitness Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. However, because all of our products are custom-made to order through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Policy: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damage or defect and your order details to process a refund or replacement. Please email us at manager@oschealthfitnessstorecom.com and the subject "Refund Request" and include your order number. 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once the refund is approved.
